BRIEF OF PRODUCTS:
Plate Edge Bevelers produce clean machined bevels with no thermal distortion on mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium plate from 1/4″ (6.0mm) to 11/2″ (38.1mm) thick. Thinner material can be beveled.
The SKF-18U bevels the underside of plate eliminating the need to flip the work piece, reducing time and cost. Savings are further enhanced when both units are used in applications where both sides of the material require beveling.
FEATURES:
This machine adopts servo motors to drive, PLC control system, steady operation at a low speed, stepless speed regulation, and dolly base, automatic feed along the edge of armor plate, adjustable height, can be used for beveling of big sheet materials. Machine body fixed facilitates for beveling of small sheets. Cold beveling, free deformation f sheet materials, guarantee the quality of welding. Angle of machine head can be adjusted, the angles of beveling: from 22.5 to 55 degree.
